BMW has confirmed the vehicles that they will be showcasing at this year’s Paris Auto Show. The models that will be “turning heads” in Paris are:
- 2009 BMW 7 Series
- Next Generation Z4 convertible
- X1 concept.
Many are wondering what is the plan for their release of the next generation 5 series and the just released 3 series redesign for 2009.
German magazine Autoblid posted some new spy shots of what could be BMW response to the Mercedes CLS. The possible new concept is being called the BMW PAS (Progressive Activity Sedan). The German automaker is being very particular in how they disguised the possible new sedan.

Audi hopes to invade the premium-subcompact market with its new four-door A1 concept which will debut at the 2008 Paris motor show next month. Based on the A1 Metroproject Quattro two-door concept (pictured above) that was shown in Tokyo last autumn, the A1 will be built to rival the Mini Cooper and Fiat’s new 500.
Audi has confirmed that a version of the vehicle will begin production in Belgium in 2009. There has been speculation that the car will contain multiple engine options and that it could come in not only a four door, but a two, three, and five door version as well. There is even talk that a performance version, dubbed S1, will be offered eventually. With the Mini already in America, and Fiat trying to follow suit, there is a distinct possibly that this new Audi may follow its competition across the Atlantic.
